Effective June 26, 2023, there are new provincial government guidelines regarding family/personal caregiver visits to, and resident absences from, long-term care facilities in Ontario.

At Primacare™ Living, we recognize and value the role that families, friends and visitors have in providing caregiving and emotional support. This support is vital to meeting the needs and enriching the lives of our residents. 

In response to the release of these new guidelines, Primacare is happy to welcome visitors to our care communities that meet the new provincial protocols for safe visits to long-term care homes.
